Web Hosting Support FAQ

What are my hosting nameservers

Nameservers are used to point your domain name to our web hosting servers. Once your domain is pointing to our servers your hosting and email will start working with us.

If you registered your domain with us when ordering your web hosting account, the nameservers for that domain will already be pointing to our servers.

You can find your hosting account nameservers once logged into our website:

➜ Login to our website

➜ click Services

➜ click My Services

➜ click Manage button

➜ you will then see your nameservers for that hosting account listed on the page

You can also find your nameservers in the Hosting Setup email we sent to you when you first ordered.

You can also lookup your current nameservers using this website, Domain Dossier. Type in your domain name, tick on “domain whois record” and click “go”. You will then be presented with information about your domain which will include the nameservers. These will be your old hosts nameservers if you haven’t yet updated them to point to our nameservers.

For help on how to update nameservers for a domain see our FAQ: How to update domain nameservers
