Domain name is registered with us
If you need your domain transfer password (EPP code) you can obtain if from our website login.
Once logged into our website click Domains ➜ My Domains ➜ Manage button ➜ Get EPP Code in left menu
You can then copy and paste the code to use it to transfer your domain name registration away from our service.
Domain name is registered with another company
If your domain is registered elsewhere you will need to login to your current domain Registrar to manage the domain. Each Registrar is different so look for the setting that will provide you the Domain Password or EPP Code or Authorisation Code.
Once you have the transfer code/password you can then transfer your domain name registration to us or any other Registrar.
