If you have web hosting with us
If you are using our web hosting you should edit your DNS zones/records using cPanel.
Login to cPanel then click Zone Editor. You can then add/edit any DNS records. Please note, only make DNS record changes if you know what you are doing, otherwise your site and email can stop working if done incorrectly.
If you only have domain registration with us
If you only have your domain registration with us and your website and email hosted elsewhere, you can manage your DNS records from within our website login.
This service is called DNS Hosting.
Once logged in go to:
Domains ➜ My Domains ➜ Active button for domain ➜ Addons in left menu.
Then follow the instructions to turn on DNS hosting. You can then add/edit your DNS records.
