Terms of Service

General Use

  1. Customers are responsible to maintain an active email address for all correspondence. The email address must not be hosted on our servers. Customers must be vigilant in maintaining an active, regularly monitored account contact email address in their billing account with us for notifications for hosting and domain invoices and renewals. The same applies for the account user login email setting.
  2. We cannot be held responsible for consequences as a result of unpaid overdue invoices where a hosting account has been suspended or a domain name registration has not been renewed by the customer and has expired.
  3. We are not affiliated in any way with internet search engine providers. Any queries relating to internet search engine results should be directed towards the internet search engine providers themselves.
  4. No unlicensed software, music or video.
  5. Misrepresentation, harassment or defaming of others is forbidden.
  6. Spamming is forbidden and bulk mail outs. Mailing lists must be opt in. A bulk mailing list is considered as 300+ subscribers but this limit is up to managements discretion. For mailing lists of more than 300 we advise to use a third party mail list provider such at Mailchimp.
  7. Accounts sending bulk spam from compromised websites, files or email accounts will initially have outgoing mail suspended or cPanel account suspended depending on the situation. If it happens again the cPanel account will be suspended. If it happens a third time we will canel the hosting service and ask the customer to move to another hosting company.
  8. Disk space is designed for basic website hosting. Disk space is not designed for storage.
  9. We will stop any file that starts using excessive amounts of server resources or that runs for an excessive amount of time.
  10. Accounts can use no more than 20% server resources for longer than 90 seconds.
  11. No bots setup up at regular intervals hitting up websites or IP addresses, including uptime bots.
  12. Customers must keep their website software up to date using the latest software versions available. It is not our responsibility to change our web server environment settings to accommodate out of date or incompatible software. Nor is it our responsibility if a website is compromised (hacked) via the website software it uses.
  13. Can't use our servers for email relaying for external domains not hosted with us.
  14. Our services are not designed for mailing list software. We don't allow mailing list software.
  15. We reserve the right to refuse any application to use our services.
  16. We reserve the right to open cPanel accounts and make changes only when necessary to maintain server operation and integrity and to fulfill support requests eg. when an account has been compromised or is using too much server resources or to carry out support requests from customers.
  17. Compromised sites ie. hacked, will be suspended and need to be fixed and cleaned by the customer as soon as possible to maintain account services.
  18. We maintain the right to suspend accounts if they are compromised and/or compromise other customers, our servers or network.
  19. We do not allow illegal activity.
  20. We will notify customers when necessary regarding our usage terms.
  21. All sales and support is provided through our website ticket system. We don't provide phone support.


  1. PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners.
  2. We provide a 30 day money back guarantee for Web Hosting only. Domain Names are not included because we must buy them from third party providers who do not provide refunds for domain name registrations and renewals.
  3. Invoices and payment receipts are sent by email and available in our website client login area.
  4. Renewal invoices are sent at minimum 7 days before the expiry date of a service.
  5. Accounts set to auto renew using an active PayPal Subscription or credit/debit card will be processed up to 7 days before the due date.
  6. We will send up to 5 notification or reminder emails of hosting invoices coming due or overdue.
  7. Unpaid hosting accounts are auto suspended 7 days after the invoice due date.
  8. Unpaid hosting accounts auto unsuspend after payment of the overdue invoice and that are due for renewal/expire after the date of payment. If the hosting renew/expiry date is before the date of payment, a new invoice needs to be created and paid for the current new hosting period before auto unsuspension takes place.
  9. Hosting accounts unpaid for more than 30 days are deemed to be inactive and cancelled and will be deleted anytime after 30 days of being overdue.
  10. By default domain name registrations are not set to auto renewal. This is because domain name renewals are non-refundable. Customers can turn on auto renewal separately for each domain name registration from within their account login.
  11. We will send reminder emails for domain name registration renewals regardless of whether auto renewal is turned on or off.
  12. Domain name registrations that are not set to auto renewal will require the customer to login to their account to manually renew, only then will an invoice be created for the domain name registration renewal.
  13. Domain name registrations that customers have enabled auto renewal for, will have an invoice created for the domain name registration renewal no less than 7 days before the renewal/expiry date.
  14. Domain name registrations that are set to auto renewal require a valid credit/debit card to be available in the customers account for the auto renewal to take place. PayPal Subscriptions are not a payment option for auto renewal of domain name registration renewals.
  15. Prices are subject to change at any time. Check our website for current prices.
  16. Incorrect PayPal and credit card chargebacks on invoices incurs a $25 fee.

Web Hosting

  1. Web Hosting billing cycle options include 1, 3 and 6 months and 1, 2 and 3 years.

Domain Names

SSL Certificates

  1. SSL Certificates are free and automatically installed and renewed.

Web Hosting

  1. Inode file limit is 200,000 per account. 1 inode is equal to one file.
  2. Databases need to be kept under 1000MB in size.
  3. Regular automatic account backups are made available for download from within cPanel.
  4. Customers can manually make and download backups of their account through cPanel.
  5. However, we do mirror all data to a secondary disk drive in the case of a system disk failure.
  6. We can not guarantee automatic backups.
  7. Customers are responsible to backup all their account data.

Primary Domain

  1. The primary domain name of an existing hosting account can not be changed.

Domain Names

  1. Terms of service for Domain Names are governed by the regular industry standards as per each TLD via our third party providers of these services. Inquire with us if you require further information.
  2. Domain name registrations and renewals are non refundable because the domain Registrar does not provide refunds.
  3. .au domain names do not include free domain renewal when transfering. .au domains can be renewed at the standard yearly price after transfer has completed.

Cancellation and Deletion

  1. Web Hosting services can be cancelled through our website client login.
  2. Web Hosting services will be suspended after 7 days of unpaid invoices.
  3. Web Hosting services will be deleted after 30 days of unpaid invoices.
  4. Domain Names will expire without cancellation on the expiry date if not renewed. The Domain Registrar will deactivate a domain until renewed. If not renewed within 30 days the Domain Registrar will begin the delete and purge process.


  1. Violations of our terms will lead to suspension or termination of a service.


  1. Liability when using our services is with the customer.
  2. We cannot be held responsible for consequences as a result of unpaid overdue invoices where a hosting account has been suspended or a domain name registration has not been renewed by the customer and has expired.
  3. We can not make any guarantees about our services except for a 30 day money back guarantee and offering great ongoing support for our customers.


  1. These terms constitute a contract which is governed by the laws of Queensland in the Commonwealth of Australia.
