Once a domain is renewed we will send you an invoice and payment confirmation.<\/p>\n

We don’t set domain registrations to auto create invoices by default because if there is an invoice and a credit card the domain will auto renew and some people don’t want them renewed and we cant get refunds for domains once renewed\/registered. However you can turn on auto renew for a domain in your account for the next renewal.<\/p>\n

Can I set domains to auto renew?<\/h2>\n

Yes, to set a domain to auto renew login to our website and click:<\/p>\n

Domains \u279c My Domains \u279c Manage \u279c Auto Renew link in left menu \u279c click the green Enable Auto Renew button<\/p>\n

You can then enable Auto Renew for a domain. When Auto Renew is turned on we will create an invoice 15 days before the due date. Then 2 days before the due date of the invoice we will attempt to charge your credit card for the invoice then renew the domain name.<\/p>\n

Important notes:<\/b><\/p>\n

We auto bill invoices 2 days before the due date, for auto bill of a domain name to be successful auto renew of a domain must be enabled at least 3 days before the domain expiry date<\/b> so an invoice can be generated in time, otherwise the domain will not auto renew and will need to be renewed manually from within your account.<\/p>\n

To ensure auto renewal is successful make sure you have a valid credit card entered on the Account <\/span>\u279c<\/span> P<\/span>ayment Methods page which is “Set as Default” and make sure on the Account<\/span> <\/span>\u279c<\/span> <\/span>Account Details page the Payment Method is set to “Credit or Debit Card”.<\/span><\/p>

Even when auto renew is on and an invoice is created we will still send reminders about the invoice and domain coming due. You have the option to manually pay the invoice before the due date or let it auto bill 2 days before the due date.<\/span><\/p>\n

PayPal is not available for auto renew of domain name registrations.<\/span><\/p>\n
