Orders and invoices can be paid by Credit Card<\/b> or PayPal<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Credit Card<\/h2>\n

When paying by credit card your credit card will be saved to your account.<\/p>\n

For auto credit card payments ensure “Credit or Debit Card” is selected as the Payment Method on the Account \u279c Account Details page.<\/p>\n

The card “Set as default” on the Account \u279c Payment Method page will be used for auto credit card payments.<\/p>\n

If you have a valid default credit card in your account and \u201cCredit or Debit Card\u201d is selected as the Payment Method on the Account \u279c Account Details page, invoices will be automatically billed when due.<\/p>\n

To prevent auto credit card billing you can delete your credit card or select PayPal as the default payment method for your account, then when you go to pay your next invoice you can choose either credit card or PayPal.<\/p>\n

How to Add\/Edit an account credit card<\/h3>\n
Login to our website then go to Account \u279c Payment Methods \u279c Add New Credit Card or Edit button to edit existing card.<\/div>\n

How to delete an account credit card<\/h3>\n

Login to our website then go to Account \u279c Payment Methods \u279c Delete.<\/p>\n

How to change the default payment method<\/h3>\n

Login to our website then go to Account \u279c Account Details \u279c Select a Payment Method \u279c Save Changes.<\/p>\n

How to set the default credit card for auto payments<\/h3>\n
If you have more than one credit card in your account, go to Account \u279c Payment Methods page and click the “Set as default” button. Only the card “Set as default” will be used to process auto renewals. If the default card is declined when auto payment is processed, we will not attempt to process any other cards that are listed.

PayPal<\/h2>\n

When you proceed to pay for an invoice you can choose to pay each invoice as they come due using PayPal or you can choose to setup a PayPal subscription for the total of a recurring invoice.<\/p>\n

The PayPal subscription option will only be available if the invoice is not past its due date.<\/p>\n

How to delete a PayPal subscription<\/h3>\n

To delete a PayPal subscription login to your PayPal account and view your subscriptions. You can then cancel the PayPal payment subscription with us.<\/p>\n

If you cancel your hosting account with us the PayPal subscription associated with that account will automatically be cancelled.<\/p>\n
